On September 1st. 2009 Darcey Allen Sheppard, a bike courier from Toronto was killed after a conflict between former Attorney General Micheal Bryant. Micheal Bryant was originally charged with criminal negligence causing death and dangerous driving causing death with respect to the incident. Today Bryant was acquitted of All charges. Meaning there WILL BE NO TRIAL PEOPLES!! Why?? Because there is a Canadian Class System. If you're rich you can get away with pretty much anything. But you're smart so I'll let you figure it out. What follows is in essence the case. You bet he judge - too bad there will not be one to avenge the death of Mr. Sheppard.

The Prosecutor stated that there was reasonable evidence to suggest that Mr. Bryant was terrified of Mr. Sheppard and his actions although unfortunate were reasonable. He also stated the witnesses were sparse and couldn't even agree on how fast Bryant was going.
