G20 PROTEST is EVERYTHING WHAT IT SEEMS?

I was watching the police cars burn in Toronto today at the Summit and at first I was angry.  I realize that there are unsheeplike people who are ready to go to war for the wrongs they see being committed by Government.  However, I believe peaceful protests are the way to go. By using violent tactics at protests, like Toronto, you justify the crazy amount of money spent on security among other things ... nice going idiot.

There is another side to protesting that one must always be on the lookout for.  Agent provocateurs (employed by the police) are not a myth Ladies and Gentleman.
*Put your cynical thinking cap on now we are going to do some critical thinking*  For instance, did you not think it was kind of odd that the burning police cars our glorious news journalists kept showing us over and over, were just left in the middle of the street.  Did the security force we spent thousands and thousands of dollars on just run from the mob?  Were they that scared of people wearing black clothing, faces covered by bandanna?. Or was it the thug kids milling around that made them abandon their vehicles and run?  Or maybe,  just maybe,  did they leave the cars to the troublemakers, like a blob of honey is to ants, because they knew the photo op of anarchist violence was just too great to pass up?

Also, I've been watching the protests and there really are not that many Black Bloc protesters that I can see.  So why are all the headlines in our newspapers so over dramatic?

"Violent Black Bloc tactics on display at G20 protest"  The Star
"Black Block anarchists take over Toronto Streets"  CTV

"Mayor Miller condemns anarchist thugs" Hamilton Spectator

"Massive G20 protest turns violent" CityNews

Personally, I've seen more damage after a Montreal Hockey win and I'm sure the city didn't spent 1 billion on security to restore order.  While I do not condone violence and I do not support the Black Bloc dummies ... I do have some advice.  Next time you go to a protest why not break out some hot pink costumes and that should take care of any police who want to join your group for the day.

Anyways folks here's a video example of Agent provocateurs.  In the following video a union leader tries to tell a group of black bandanna wearing brats that he doesn't want them in his protest line.  Only to find out that the ones carrying rocks ARE POLICE in disguise ... imagine that!
